    That is why you run your cases thru your SSM before you load to clean off your lube. Try Targex's recipe. It is a real winner.Rate it highly.

    When I go on a sizing mission and FL size .223 brass that's been fired in an AR I use diff oil.

    I soak a kitchen sponge in it and press my fingers into it, thus putting oil on my fingers, then as I pick up each case I roll it in my fingers to lube it up, lasts about 10 cases before having to lube fingers again. When the expander gets a little dry I just push the neck of a shell into the sponge before sizing it.

    Works a treat for me and never had a problem, quick to.
