    Does Belmont ammo still exist?

Every product I ever look at on Belmonts website seems to be out of stock.

Even pre-covid they stopped getting in Lapua 22 ammo, then Lapua projectiles and brass, then more recently every type of centrefire ammo they make is eternally out of stock.
I've been interested in buying some bulk 300blk or 308 ammo for a while now and it never seems to be in stock.

Do they still make ammo, or are they just suffering from shortages like the rest of us "reloaders"?

Seem to still supply pest contractors bulk ammo. Not private.

FYI, I recently made a purchase of some .38 special LRN from Aoraki Ammo and was happy with the pricing.

Lapua have cut down their production on the Commercial side , halted some production of cases/projectiles, and ramped up the Military side as their is a BIGG buildup to increase reserves because of the current situation .

Belmont concentrating on their commercial orders at the moment. Haven't been doing retail supply for a while due to constraints with supplies.
Last I spoke with them February was when they were hoping to get onto more orders

Perhaps it'd be best to send them an email and get on a wait list if they have one.

    Cheers all.

Explains the recent rush of Lapua components.
Hopefully that means Lapua is more forthcoming in the future.

    FYI.

Finally managed to phone Belmont today.
They said they are waiting on a shipment of powder (due in April) and will then be doing 223, 308 and 300blk once that arrives.
