Had a new batch of 25 06 brass back in December and didn't bother reaming the flash holes.....big mistake. Ended up with about a dozen misfires which all had really good primer strike

Thats uniforming the flash hole depth. I did notice hornady need dropping down a thou or 2. I meant reaming the inside edge of rhe fladh hole to deburr. On that front hornady is ok.
I tried loading some fired super performance brass and it was very unsuccessful.
Only brass that I've ever had split cases in with 223.

Been reloading some brass from Hornady precision factory ammo in my 7mm rem mag, still early in the piece but no problems yet.
