Can you try another scope ? Take the suppressor off too.. Get rid of the variables one by one.

My suggestion is to shoot a square with the scope after checking the torque on the king screws are at the prescribed ft/lb tension and that it's free floating check the floating lug can return to battery happily. If issues after this then I'd get a local expert check the crown for any burrs or such like.
