Don't panic too much, sounds like things are getting sorted. You don't need to become a Prepper just yet.

Made a return trip later in the month with 2 rifles and over 1000 loaded rounds.
Came back with 2 rifles and 500 rounds.

Made the crossings safely. No-one and no vehicle was hurt. Sometimes ignorance is bliss.
You are not doing yourself or anyone else any favors posting such a thing on a very public forum in fact it is bloody silly.

That is how we end up with even more stupid rules and enforcement.

    I got this email today...

    Dear Wilhelm Newsgroup

An urgent announcement came in yesterday afternoon regarding a special consignment of ADI, Hodgdon, Winchester and Vihtavuori powders.
Smokeless reloading powder in small size containers has been reclassified downwards in risk rating from 1.3c to 1.4s (the same a loaded ammunition).

We have been advised that a special shipment is to be made to the Blenheim MainFreight depot and will be distributed WITH FREIGHT CHARGES from BLENHEIM to us dealers.
The close-off for orders set by our supplier is Thursday 8th March at 3.00pm.

Because the freight cost calculations have yet to be done, I have not worked out the selling prices. We already advised by email and on my website that the prices of ADI would rise significantly with all subsequent incoming orders. I am hoping for increases of 15% or possibly under but until I know all costs, I can't be certain.

A working top up stock order for the following has been placed.
    AR2206H
    AR2208
    AR2209
    AR2217
    AR2225
    and BM2

This covers our best selling rifle powders.
You are invited to place your orders with me for a share of this shipment on a first-in-first-served basis and also for any other powders from the aforementioned brands on a cash-with-order basis for payment overnight TONIGHT (to be in time to include your order). The conditions are: pay my previous price per pottle and pay the balance of the new price which will include freight before picking up, or I send it on to you.

Interestingly they will NOT be bringing down 4kg size containers; my apologies to those of you who were wanting these. The reason is that these items, along with 700X and 800X are still classed as 1.3C.

    Cheers,
    Richard Wilhelm.
