    Couple more with the 117grn Hammer Hunters in the 270wsm this morning. Walloping bang flops. Thats 4 bang flops in a row - 100, 184 and 2 at 425 yards

    100 and 284 yards. Pass throughs. One was a whopper of a hind.

    This is the exit at 284 yards and a petal hole below it.

    it is a commercial double door stand up fridge with a stout metal pole presumably bolted to the sides. not great on power but a lot cheaper than a walk in chiller!

    More on this Hammer theme.
    Here's a nice fallow buck I recently shot. 300 yards. 117 grn .270 Hammer Hunter fair fizzing along. Hit low in the chest (above the brisket) as he moved out of sight right on dark.
    Although the shot was low you can see on the exit how the petals have increased the fatal damage area. Them flying around must be like a grenade going off inside the animal.
