US$2.27 including delivery off aliexpress. Usually takes 1 -2 weeks.

[EDIT] I just realised that this question gets asked all the time, but not everyone can be arsed setting up an account. I have an account so I just ordered a half a dozen. Hit me up if anyone wants one when they arrive.

Hi Just ordered one today from Trade Zone in Palmy. Will be here tomorrow, couldn't get the exact correct drill, so will get the 9/32 bit No 284 Win modified cases out there, at least this way I can have modified cases for all of my calibres now.

Take a trimmed fire-formed case, cut three slots in the neck with a Dremel and Bob's your uncle!
