    Try crimping, that was one thing that people seem to think helps with the subsonic loads. The ones I had were crimped, but were quite variable and some popped the sound barrier when they were theoretically all loaded the same. Also found TB hugely smokey, which was a little odd. I ran out of those loads, and will probably go for the 151Gr pills that our Tokoroa man does.

    Still got that Red Dot though which I was going to use - 'The Load' of 13Gr would probably get you 1600fps or thereabouts if I recall correctly? I think you asked about the RD before though?

    I was using 125gr ssts and nosler bt on a case full of trailboss for goats. About 1600fps from memory and worked well enough.
