    2213 will produce accurate loads but it goes from mild to hitting pressure fast.

    The on-Line Alliant Reloaders guide lists 3 different 150gn projectilesi. 270 (Speer SPBT, partition, Sierra SBT) with loads ranging from 57.1 to 57.8 gn RL23, all giving 2950-3000 fps 24in bbl

    That's a pretty broad task for someone to help you with. As suggested try Gordon's reloading tool.
    Free to download and play around with to your heart's content.
