Have you compared it to the HBC load? Its very close, two loaders havent changed anything at the club. Same OAL, same charge, same results.
Not yet John. I hsvent taken delivery of any yet, so was wondering--. Thanks for the info tho.
I will need to do a bit of load dvt though because i havnt my ccibr2's any more and will be using wlr and fiocchi s, which might affect things somewhat.

THE load for use in .308 when shooting anything 155gn in NRA matches was 44gn AR2208/Varget. Should give 2800fps from 26 inch barrel.
Some of the old boys didn't own a reloading manual between them - that's the only load they used...
...and it worked.
In longrange riflery, trajectory is the pure science part. Gravity is a constant for our purposes.
Wind is in the art department.
Light is pure fucking voodoo.
With Win Brass and Fiochi LRPs from Gregs 28 inch barrel Seated at 2.8150 OAL 45 grn 2206H is good enough out to 1000 not chronographed but very consistent.
Hornady 11th edition has loads for that bullet, with H4895 max is 44 grs for around 2700 fps out of a 22 inch barrel. AR 2208 has a listed max of 44.9 grs for 2700 fps with a 22 inch barrel. Depending on Rifle you may increase velocity a bit.
I recently bought a Tikka 308 and cut it to 20 inch and suppressed it , my load is 165 gr SST and 43.5 grs of H 4895 for a average velocity of 2730 fps measured on a Garmin Xero C1. Shot well out to 600 yards.
The John Barness (Muledeer on most forums) load of 46.0 of H4895 with 155s had worked for me in a couple of range rifles. It is over book max so work up carefully.
My experience with 2208 and a 150 gn boat tail is you need 46-47 gns to get 2800+ fps from a 22 inch factory tube.

Greetings,
Recent testing with the 150 grain SST produced 2,765 fps with 45 grains of AR2208 and 2,825 fps with 44 grains of AR2206H in a 24" barrel. Final load was 45 grains of AR2206H for an estimated 2,875 fps. Cases were Remington. The Remington 150 grain factory chronographed 2,850 fps,
GPM.
Not SST but 168gr Nosler Ballistic tip I got the best accuracy from my M18 with 44.5gr 2208. Haven't had a chance to chrono it yet though.
Happy Jack.
