223 well depends, simply start at the min load, load a batch 5 of each weight and work up in 0.4gr watching for pressure signs and accuracy. When you get to 0.4gr below the max go up in 0.2gr. I find ADI 2208 compresses near the max load which I dislike so Ive switched to ADI BM2.

I started with a Leeloader the rubber mallet job for a .303 then got a Lee press back in the 80s.
Still have the press and I have a Lee loadall in the shed too.
They do the job and especially when wanting to save money from memory .303 ammo got to $47 dollars a box of 20 back then.
Savings kicked in real quick.
I've hard a Lee press for about 5 years now and have loaded about 5,500 round with it. I did change the scales that came in the kit (like others mention). I like there dies and have produced plenty of good quality ammo from 9x19, 223rem, 223Max, 243, 260rem, 270win and 270WSM.
It a good place to start and if you find your ammo isn't giving clover leaves at 1,000 yards, then look at more expensive options
