I would strongly suggest that you get the latest edition of the Lyman manual and read the first chapters 3 times. You need to understand the complex variable that affect pressure, velocity etc. You need to fully understand that powder charge has an exponential impact on pressure. In other words, to increase velocity by 5% you may end up increasing pressure by 10% or even 20% and wander into dangerous territory.
Since you have a 19 inch barrel, you do not have to worry about high velocities. You can still hunt game to 300 meters with safe loads.
My personal suggestion is to use cup & core bullets like Hornady, Sierra, Nosler, Speer 140 gr on deer. I know a lot of people use 120 gr etc. Heavier bullets may have limitations in your 19 inch barrel.
the other option is to load Barnes TSX or TTSX 120 gr.
