I have a bunch of threaded inserts in the bench top
    https://www.anzor.co.nz/threaded-ins...04-wood-insert

I came up with a 4 bolt pattern (150x75 from memory) and repeated that pattern with inserts in several locations along the bench. I then made adaptor plates from 6mm steel and bolted the various items I want to fix to the table to those plates, press, thrower, trimmer etc. The plates have the same hole pattern as the inserts in the table, so I can now move everything around at will or remove everything all together for a clean bench.
It works fantastically and I highly recommend it.
You can get the inserts cheaper from Bunnings, but the anzor ones are top quality and don't crack during install like the zinc Bunnings ones. You can also get them from eBay/Ali or McMaster if your prepared to wait.

I'll get some photos of my setup today.

    Righto, team.

Decided to give the threaded inserts a go.

Used for sizing 100 cases, no problems. Nice flush finish.Name: 20240107_143148.jpg

my older brother has his mounted on wood and that goes into a bench vice......when finished it comes out and sits in plastic bin under bench.
the g cramp system would work well if press mounted onto a heavy bit of plank or ply and the plank/ply g clamped...should get it away from your knees. but looks like you have it sorted.
    75/15/10 black powder matters
