    Ah ok. I see your point now. From memory Hornady have a 53 grain projectile that has a decent bc

    Yes according to the hornady website the 53 grain v max has abc of 0.290 compared to 0.242 for the 50 grain.
    In theory you would be better using the 53 v max and a 55 grain sp. As the weight is closer. So by using puku theory the POI should be closer.
    Clause: of course I am not a ballistician so take what you will.
