    Cases are trimmed not over length for chamber ?

    Nup ... both 223 and 243 trimmed to a consistent length less than the max length for both respectively ...

    If you are FL sizing the 223 and the case is hard to chamber (dont seat a projectile as that eliminates a few possibilities) then you probably don't have your die set right. Wind it down 1/2 a turn and try again

    I'm only neck sizing ... and although the cases are fireformed to my chamber, the shoulders are far enough back ... I've measured them using my hornady gauge

    Have they grown since last measure? Don't see how you can have sticky bolt lift and still have head space?
    Fl size and bump the shoulder.

    Yep sounds like you need to size the body down, if the shoulder is back where it should be like you say

    Soak a rag in power lube and rub the shells over it. That's how I do it now its faster then fucking around with the lee lube I have and my brother gets it cheap as chips at work. make sure the case is dry and clean before loading up though
