    Thanks guys rifle has shot well in the past, I was rushing a bit trying to beat the rain and twinging my back just before leaving home hasn't helped. I'm now stuck on the couch trying to recover by doing some easy light stretching and resting.

Size:  2.89 MBcushion takes the bounce out of recoil.butt in sholder,one hand holding rifle.Spend 2 or 3 minuts between each shot.Settle the breathing and eyes on the cross and target.

    Tell me about it. Had a video call with my sister and her family at Christmas back in England and my Mum was there she told me I looked old. The cheek of it I'm only 54 but have spent a huge part of my life outside.

    It might finally be time to quit building though.

    I gave up building at 63 -64,my back got nothing to operate on.Had 2 total knee replacements at 62-63.Enjoy life while you can.I have no problems walking a few ks,just dont go lifting 40kgs bags of cement anymore.
