Undo the adjustment nut on the top of the die. Remove primer pin, Tap case out from the top.

Done this before. are you lubing the cases well??

You're a hard man, should be easy peasy. You have the nut for a brace and some pressure on the end, something that pinches as you increase backward movement, bit of CRC too.. even two large screwdrivers could pop it out.
    Previous post be easiest.

    Yep- lubing well.
Should have cleaned the die first....
Nah I'm not tapping it out- that's never worked for me before- yep I've done this b4 too.
And not use brass from other people.

I managed to pop a case out once by screwing the expander further into the die, pushing against the flash hole inside

Get it ready to be tapped out, but pop it in the freezer for an hour first

You havent loaded much ammo in your life if you havent had this issue.

A drill bit , a suitable tap , a spacer , a washer and a capscrew to screw into the hole you drilled and tapped in the case via the flash hole.

a small socket from your socket set makes a handy spacer for the bolt to pull the case back in to

Yep, is what I do...socket clears the case with a bit of play but also enough of it sits on the die base, then thick washer with bolt thru it which matches your threaded tapped out primer case end. Easy as.

I would unscrew the top.soak it in diesel for a bit then tap the depriming rod through, you will end up with rod still in case so will have to cut case up to get it back. But Smokey's suggestion might just work...

I don't reload but from an engineering background I would drill out the primer & fill the case with CRC FREEZE SPRAY. The brass case should cool down fast as and pull away from the die.
It may even work just spraying through the primer pocket, AND save the case.
    Best of luck.

Thankyou all ya legends- I discovered I have a tap set think the only reason I bought it is for stuck cases.... bought some m6 bolts- did the trick.
32 years reloading- this is my 4th stuck case- I usually destroy the case getting it out and mark the die inside- this way^ worked easy as, zero damage.

Incidentally, this was one of those times, when i was sizing the case- it was tough- i stopped and thought about it, and continued.... shoulda backed off- relubed, or just thrown the case- will next time
