Helped a mate out last weekend and worked up some loads for his 243.We tried 4831/2213 with a 100gn projectile, went to 44gns with no pressure signs for a speed of about 2950 from memory. Also loaded some SPF and got the same speed, used 2213 load data for the SPF, as we have several times before and it seems to work.
I haven't tried Superformance with the 95 gr SST but have loaded 43grs of Superformance with the 90 gr Sierra Game Changer, in my rifle it wasn't accurate ( no matter what powder I have tried) and velocity with the 90 gr GC out of a 24 inch barrel was 2868 fps average. From memory there is more room for higher powder charges, but load up with caution remembering that Superformance is a Temperature sensitive powder and what may be safe in the cooler winter months may be to hot in summer.
Try 43/44gr 2209.
