Recon try some 162gr in the t3 708 first before spend the coins, I have a 22" t3 708 shooting 162gr @ 2780 with very good groups. Get a long action bolt stop and large magazine.

That's a extremely high speed for a 7mm08 even with a 22" barrel and long action, what powder and charge are you using?

That was using 42.7gr of 2208. I worked up from 42gr to 43.3gr and got best groups at the above. Try before spending the moola, I was looking to do the same with the old t3 708 but pimped up the 6.5 instead.
