.270 on the left all dressed up in its "Jacinda bucks" Manners stock. Dean Maisey bedded it in nice, I don't know if it makes rifle shoot any better than factory stock as never tried it but damn they are the nicest stock to shoot from. For me anyway, everything to palm swell just feels right!

Ahh back in the days of Jacindabucks burning holes in your pants and you put a stock on that cost about as much as the grand I paid for the rifle.
Scope is bushnell 4.5-18 mil/illum got off Von Tempsky on here sweet deal, good scopes I reckon.

Accuracy & speed, from the Super performance plus real data in factory rifles in thread I'd been giving this a go first, but up to you?
Alliant RL23 quite a bit more expensive too, can imagine what next lot of 26 is going to be.

I have a decent supply of 26 and a bottle of 23 here but no superformance. The 23 produced super tight groups in my old rem mag and with very little work 1/2moa groups In my 280ai so I will give it a go seeing as I have it here and if that doesn't work il try source some superformance. Hoping someone else had done it to give me a bit more info.

Is the superformance temp sensitive? I'm often hunting in 0 to minus 5 on rusa.

Fair enough, super P seems to be one of the easier ones to get hold of as I think it's hard to get published data on it.

Seems reasonably temp sensitive for NZ conditions that haven't noticed anything, RL26 I'm a bit suss on that in hot conditions but probably fine in cooler.

Reloder 26 works well in the .270. Used to use it behind 140 and 150gr bergers. Can't remember the loads off the top of my head but was a fair bit faster than most adi powders I tried.
