Don't over think it Andre, get in behind your rifle and do some shooting - start tweaking things once you have the fundamentals sorted ( even if you don't need to tweak thing you will, cause we all do!)
...and buy a chronograph so I can use it!!
Try cut out the back of the mag (takes a bit of time to chip away at it) and put a piece about 10mm thick in there. Gives about an extra 1/8 inch in bullet length. Give win760 with mag primers a go as well, it's a well overlooked powder. Don't be afraid to go a little hot as well Tikka's can handle a little heat. Of course work up to it and watch for pressure signs
Before you cut anything, load some rounds longer so the bullet is close to the rifling, and test them by feeding your rifle single shot. If results on target are promising then you can do the surgery.
