    There is plenty of info here to help get started cheaply.

    Kits are good. But best advice is buy a decent press, new or used. And good C press will do or preferably a brand name O press.
    A set of Lee RGB dies are good enough for most hunters.

    A decent brand name beam balance. New or used in good condition.

    Download the RCBs pdf. There is a link in the thread. Along with a few others.

    Most stuff you can make to get you started or with a bit of imagination use tools you have in the home workshop.
