Primers not hot enough for a dense load of ball powder. go to mag primers.
Seen this a lot recently.
Not a primer issue.
So just to make sure, because I want to trust my loads, I load up another 100 rounds of FNB and PMC, exact same load, exact same primers and exact same projectiles...ALL fire seamlessly..bang bang bang. Guess my pea shooter doesn't like the RG machine gun brass.

Just an idea - the fail radio matches the mix of ball vs tracer that the army uses (1per 5 i think). Is this brass damaged in some why once fired? I dunno, just throwing it out there. Probably not as it ended up in a straight sequence an stead of spread out.
