    Did some 55gr soft points 223 subsonics for myself on my gear and help a couple of mates setup there new reloading gear, show them how too set the dies for 6.5x55 and did some 129gr corelock test loads for a basic hunting load.

    Ran through my first set of handloads today, unfortunately ran out of time to do the full ladder but very satisfying to send my first handloads down the range (and not have the gun blow up on me either!). 162gr ELDX with RL22 through T3X Aspire 7mm RM chopped to 20"

    The rabbit is an exit side as well and as you can see the projectile does not expand very much at low velocity, that said ill take the better grouping with these. Just have to hope that in the not too distant future we can get 2205 powder with I believe is more suited for the 22 hornet.

    296 went ok in one of my hornets when I tried it. Currently use lil gun but I think they have stopped making it
