110g Barnes TTsx with 45g 2206h or 150g interlocks with same powder load, used the 150sst but a lot of meat damage at bush ranges, better as long range pills I reckon, accurate tho.16in suppressed A7

For my Kimber and BSA I use 150 SSTs, 45gn 2208, Norma case, Win primer. Great accuracy and kills well.
Same but 49gr in 14.5”[/QUOTE @MSL, what cases you using?
2206h or 2208 with 165 sst works a treat at short and long range then Leigh 168 for subs over the dog.
[/QUOTE @burtonator, what flavoured brass are you running with the Leigh's CF? I found the lapua wouldn't hold/seat them concentric. No probs with federal.

Something a bit different... I've picked up a lot of 308 (and 7mm08) brass over the last few months. FL sized it all and loaded it with a CCI200, 41.4gr of AR2206H, and a Hornady 168gr HPBT (the Sierra would work too).
Trawling a few forums, this seems to be a pretty common charge weight with that powder for a lot of rifles, and it's shooting well in mine too. There will be another accuracy node somewhere higher, if you are prepared to work up to find it, but I suggest don't bother. 41.4gr keeps it mild (which, isn't a bad idea, considering this is with mixed headstamp brass that will have varying powder capacity), uses relatively cheap components, groups around 1MOA for me at 100m, and it's supersonic to 800m out of an 18" if you want to try out long range shooting. Obviously not a hunting bullet though.
168gr Hornady ELD 43.5 gr 2206H 2.82 OAL 20" Heavish contour barrel.
To be fair though as mentioned above some of the factory ammo available for 308 is outstanding and very hard to match yet beat. Most other calibres this is unusual and that's why we reload.
Hornady Superperformance 165 & 150 SSTs are outstanding for hunting. There other match ammo loadings also very good. Federal Match & the Geco 170 Hollow points very good, and not bad prices.
155 HBC match hollow point with 45gr 2206h, 2.77 OAL.You can pick these up cheap if you buy bulk.
Have some 175 TMKs with 4064 but don't have my book on me.
Just moved from ADI to Lapua cases with 168 ELDMs and I’ve settled on 43 gr 2206H a reasonably mild load giving 2656 fps with great accuracy and lowish ES. Haven’t got my book either but it’s something like .3 MOA and ES of 11. The Lapua cases seem to have more volume than the ADI as pressures look to be lower. This is 20” barrel.
Oh and with that sort of MV eldms seem pretty ie very effective near and far.
