Your welcome to come pick it up and take it away for a week or two, to play with in field. Probly need to put one of your scopes on it. Has open sights.
I've got the space and chrono here for you to sight it in and get fpe. (Though wind never seems to stop at this place) Plenty of differnt pellets to run through it to see what works in it. If it's AA or hades pellets you'll have to buy your own to use when you take it for a play, as 1322 loves them and I haven't restocked yet. ( Though I could prob spare a 100 AA deablo field 16gr)
Anything else you can just take the tin.
Its not going to be doing anything for a bit so might as well get used. It's probly had 50 shots put through it so should be leaded in, not nessarily broken in.
Pm and organise a time. Busy Thursday around lunch time but should be free any other time.

You will need a scope, I put a steel breach on it and has no back sight. Got extend bolt prob too. Which is all I've done with it.

Got a few of these magpies this last year with the .25cal FX Dreamline, great we air rifle, just picked up a second takedown compact version in .22
Still amazes me how accurate, a good quality air rifle can be, once tunes in.

Not being a pcp shooter just read up on your gun. Sounds awsome. That magpie is stunning in colour compared to ours.
What other small game do you take with air rifle over that way?

Kruza, there are quite a few options, squirrels both tree and ground, ground hogs, muskrats, crows, magpies, rabbits and several other small mammals, few other birds, but most any that migrate are protected.
You can also hunt game birds (upland) with a rifle, I shoot a few grouse, every year with it, normally ruffle and shaptail grouse, head shot leave nice clean breast meat.

Prob be 50ish all up since started at this possy. Still they come. Though not like use too. Learning. Mynas stopped turning up after the 5th one hit the dust.
Low power, light, cheap (but accurate) short length with cheap gamo scope has actually been the perfect gun for this, supprisingly.
Rifles would be way to over powered and barrel would stick out way to far.

Finally, got this thing off mobile setting.
Its horrible can't like, can't post pics drives ya mental.
    Anyway first magpie with 1322.
I thought coming here from the farm would be a bummer, but still cleaning up starlings and mynars, another 2 possums, magpie, trying to bait rats in to where can shoot them. Apart from rabbits and hares this place has been an unexpected goldmine of pest critters. Such a small section too.

Strait to a few targets, then off hunting small game I imagine Kotuku. Enjoying all the benefits of small cal guns, that are quiteish, don't have issues with projectiles that will potentially go 100s of meters with sustained energy , affordable ammo and take a bit of skill to shoot, don't bother stock, fun to work on.
Whats not to like about air guns. 👍

So in McKenzie country. Parked up in car. Pulled up and Friggin rabbits every where. Took out 3 with 1322 while still light and 5 and wild cat hunting them with sig after dark. Saving some torch battery for tomorrow. That was in about 3/4 acre block and rather a low number for how many there actually were out there. Still best couple a few hours I've had in ages.
Left for hawks as can't keep meat in car. Brought this one back to photo as it was the most interesting due to its colouring.
Guessing its got domestic rabbit in its blood line somewhere..

So camp ground owners dog treed a couple of possum.
    Sig 20asp 177. Instant kills @ 18 and 25ft up 5 to 8m out from tree.
Dog ripped into organs but gave up the possums when I walked around to get them. (he just pushed under the shade cloth fence.) so he got one back leg I got three. Won't be more peanuts and rice tomorrow thank god. Name: IMG_20230514_215652.jpg
