If the AO will issue one, I asked about one for the lower Im bringing in and Wellington's AO said no yoou dont need one. However he may now be caving in on that which worries me, I'll try and see him today.
BTW the trigger isnt a select fire trigger and the USA dont care about exporting it as a part, but its over $100US so export permit is needed.
From brownells, "Regulated items would be barrels, barrel liners, actions, receivers, frames and cylinders. Also brass/bullets.
Triggers are gun component parts, they are not regulated."
