Much smaller. Cut a 243Win down by about 1/3.
I think I used to run about 27g 2208 in mine under a 105 VLD.
The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds

Great shot and a fine looking hare too! One of the few times I've seen 6mmBR do anything other than punch paper ha ha.

Not settled on a load yet but I can't get enough in the case with most powders. 47 of 2213 is about where I think it will be at which is not compressed slinging 105 AMax at around 3150.
The BR is an extremely efficient case in comparison.

The 243 WSSM yields somewhat faster velocity for the same bullet.
The 243 Winchester and 243 wssm are close enough that it would be hard to notice the difference.
The BR is much the same, runs small primers with a max of around 32g powder.
BR has a far better barrel life.
Ill let you know how it goes on Fallow shortly.

Is it a single shot Barnard action with a Trueflight barrel?
What sort of accuracy do you get from that beauty?
