I would like to as up here currently you need about 5 million for a kilo. I have no idea how to go about this. I know you can get money for the carcass too if prepared correctly. Their not that hard to skin. Just had a look on youtube, don't bother! It's been a while but I see if I can get a couple and knock some sort of vid up, but it's been a while.....
