Do you still have to do 12 shoots a year?

Most of the guys at our club are about as competitive as Kim Dotcom in a marathon so it's kind of a waste of $70 odd bucks each to belong to PNZ.

    Your not wrong.

Yes you still have to complete 12 shoots, have a club committee/ armourer/ range officer etc and complete all the necessary procedures and forms when applying for a licence and endorsements and or a firearm.

    Cheers

Thanks for that, I'll put the idea in bed with Megan Fox and see if she'll sleep with it so to speak

I agree with the above - the standard barrel is legally too short. You might be able to get one on a C Cat ... but then the obvious ... it will be the quietest weapon you own. No bang bang.

The range has to be certified. The certification is done by a qualified person in the police. Clubs have to be an incorporated society and that means a minimum of 15 members. You have to attend 12 club activities a year, this includes working bees etc. Pistol clubs are a huge challenge and fantastic fun.
