    Took my son hunting Wallabies

Myself and my son went on an NZDA trip at QB weekend. We were allocated a hard block and really didn't see many during the day. We did a bit of spotlighting on the final night and I managed to get 5 with the 243, and he headshot 2 with his wee JW15.

We brought home 5kgs of legs meat and Templeton butchers made it up into sausages for me.

Don't know the recipe. Just took them to Templeton butchery and asked him to make them Gluten free. Seems like he mixed the leg meat with pork. They were very nice. $29 to process about 7kg sausages.
