    I breast them out on the spot now to save a carry. Bugger all meat anywhere else apart from the legs, but they are very tendonous,

    I quite enjoy turkey hunting with a 22LR. Bloody daft animals though. Struggle to see how American friends make a sport out of it.

    It'll be interesting to hear how your birds taste since they are out of "season".

    The dog seemed to enjoy it but there’s not much he doesn’t eat... haha.
    I’ll reserve my taste test until later in the year when I head back.
