@planenutz Were you hunting in public land, or private blocks in Arrow town or Queenstown area? I checked Mackenzie area in late 2019, where DOC allow small games with .22 and shotgun, but hardly see any rabbits.

For the properties i mainly shoot on, i want a very frangible (explody) projectile, i dont want any pass-throughs, i want it to explode when i hits anything, makes if much safer, whether i hit or miss. This bullet will literally blow up on a blade of grass. I use 20gr Vmax, but i believe the 25 gr bullets are a little bit tougher for slightly larger small game.
