Well eating dogs in fact in China is not a very popular thing, only in few territories in south west and somewhere near North Korea border and central area. If you know about China, then you will know what kind of person are eating dogs, they are all lowlifes....no matter how rich they are. The majority of Chinese do `t eat dogs, and we treat dogs as the way as western people. Me, actually I am still afraid of dogs, even the little one that is your hunting mate. But, I really like to have one once I can.
For the wild pigs issue, that `s a long story to tell, and there are too many similar stories in this F...land.

Two teams has geared up to the west after they got permit as far as I know from today. They are using dogs with GPS, and drones. But to train a group of dogs for hunting, it will take time and practices right? You can `t simply put together a group of mean dogs to go hunting, small animals maybe, but against over 200lbs pigs.....

It depends on what you mean by traps. Here a pig trap is a simple pen with either a animal self activated or much better, a remote human controlled gate. They dont have any specific "animal welfare" issues like leg catch or snare type traps. With the right system it should be possible to kill the captured beasties with some sort of tent system and the right gas . ... .

I know the trap you meant with gates but pigs look like a stupid animal, actually they are smart than we think. Besides, since govt ban traps that means all traps.

Yeah I do. You are the only one so far getting the point Do `t forget, there will be me in between....for nearly 20 years what I do in China is helping the foreign companies doing biz in China. But everyone has the limit, for me is the drinking. I do drink everyday, but I can `t drink that much over a "normal" dinner table with Chinese drinkers. 500cc bottle of whiskey in 90 mins, I can `t do it.
