1st blood for the creedmoor and 1st fallow for me and the hornady edlm smashed em

Was lucky enough to get invited back for another hunt at a Private Forestry block
Ive been once before saw a few deer but didn’t get a chance for a shot
Ive got a new rifle well 6 months ago now and it’s going well so I took it for this hunt
Got the chance at a nice little buck at a range of arround 100m and put a 123 eldm @2900 into its high Shoulder took a decent chunk of lung and shattered the spine he dropped on the spot
    My 1st fallow

I was a bit unsure of the edlm for hunting but it held together well passing through and with decent expansion
I wouldn’t have any issues with shooting a bigger Animal with it

Mate, I have seen him completely upside down in a jet boat, then duck his head while a log took out the windscreen. He can move when he has to
@rambo-6mmrem good shooting. When are you coming back down here?

@Tussock yes I can move when I need to a good example was the jet boat Incident I have that on video lol it was a pretty close call lol haha

I come down reasonably regularly as far as chch I have a Cousin down there that I like to catch up with
3-4 times a year would be great to catch up for a beer or even a hunt if you have somewhere with good quad/truck access
It’s not hard to check in a shooter on the airplane if needed
