    we used then for awaile but the local quarry was on same radios and it was pain in arse..cellphone coverage is great where we normally hunt so radios are redundant.
    I use the unidens and they have heaps of channels so no prob plus we put them on scramble so no one can listen in (bloody good).
    3rd last deer I shot I would not have got without them, I ranged the deer at 180 meters and told my mate to sit tight then I started walking, he guided me in the direction then I used my range finder back to him until I was at 180 meters and presto there it was.

    No way I would have got it otherwise.
