    Depends who you want to believe. It has been argued since the mid 60's

    Milt Sills? Was the first pilot on an operation up behind Wanaka organised by Tim and some local cullers. Like Frank Wolf. I had a brew with Frank just about everyday for years. When you could get him to open up he was a wealth of knowledge.

    It is sort of like who invented the net gun.
    All sorts of people claim the accolade but I have seen evidence of it being built by a very talented gunsmith from Kowhitirangi a bit before most claims.
