    I saw a triplle barreled shot gun the other day. I was expecting to see one rifled barrel but no all 3 appeared to be 12g smooth bore.

    I'd love to have a drilling but they aren't that common in NZ, and those that are here are super expensive. I heard a rumor that Savage may be bringing one out so I hope that's true.

    Would be perfect for pheasant/sambar hunting

    I've got a .577 cal and 28 gauge combination gun, both barrels are rifled, the shotgun rifling is straight to hold the wadded package of shot together as it leaves the barrel, the . 577 is normal twist rifling.
