Ahh yeah.......the last time I went out, it drizzled all day...... today was more like torrential down pour from sun up to sun down........I'd have to agree with Barefoot in saying I would have needed a canoe.........

Bush stalking in the rain is where its at, poor lil deersie just thinking to itself "I just wanna keep warm an dry and have a little munch under this punga" meanwhile your a silent ninja- they cant hear you, they cant smell you, you just gotta spot them first and even if you dont they just sit there looking at you

But hey what do I know, stay in bed I'll have the bush to myself

Mainly private but bro inlaw said there were a couple of reserves/ doc i think, We was up there about 18 months ago & he said that where he works they see deer & particularly pigs galore but farmers are wary of hunters because of spotlighters & poachers.

Apart from the howling wind we have, 190 mm rain...be the first to shoot the new slips...heaps of new leaf on the ground, some is still attached to the trees...any sign you see will be fresh...suns out now though.
