Just harden up (haha) and do it.

The only real issue I had was at one point, I asked the doc if he was cutting the tubes or unplugging them....

25yrs after being nipped and I'm doing very well.
Get it done, and have a bag of frozen peas handy for the recovery.
Best thing I ever had done!

    Personal opinion

    1. The op is nothing. Doc gives you an injection that takes about ten seconds to make you feel like you've had half a dozen beers, all over in ten minutes.
    2. Post-op recovery is nothing, and presuming you've seen your wife go through labour you don't make a peep
    3. My advice, DON'T do it unless you're absolutely sure you will stay happily married and not want to start again

I still have a card in my wallet from shortly after the birth of the boy. There was a number of complications and she said never again.
I would have had it done but didn't have any spare cash with 2 kids under 2y mortgage one wage etc.
Recently she was wanting another for a while but think she has finally realised we would be bankrupt in a month if we got pregnant again.
Should go get it done but there is one slight niggel in the back of my mind.
What if my boy should die for some reason, he is the only one who can carry on the family name.
