    Darn good write up.enjoy yr venison.Im a year behind you so i stick to river flats and spring grass.Deer love these spots.

    175kg is a biiiig fallow, that is for sure.
    Was that weight on the hook, or estimated on his back?
    I've carried some 90+kg deer that turned out to be closer to 50 when the scales did their thing....
