I think bald dogs nut are more striking Rushy, hairy ones blend in. But we get what you're saying.

And I agree, it is very good blaze orange.

I'll give you that. It still sticks out like a sore toe in a shoe shop.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

Showed a friend who is colour blind this photo to see how he saw blaze orange

He said he couldn't tell what colour it was. He even said he thought my arms were green! Obviously colour blindness differs but for this guy the orange blaze would be useless. He also reckoned my blue thermals were brighter than the top.

I think you will find that someone with colour blindness hunts with a lot more caution than we do. There was an article in one of the hunting mags by a colour blind hunter. One of the big rule - always identify your target

Bloody hell Phillip I think I recognise that spot. That is where I left/lost my roaring horn after we had lunch that day. Take the photo back down there, match it to that tree behind you and bring my bloody roaring horn back.

Not too worried. With vision like that, he couldn't push a sleeping cow into the Waikato let alone me into a creek
