I think the key to blaze be it orange, blue or whatever is to have a vibrant colour. If it starts to fade off, then replace with a new one

It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms
I think bald dogs nut are more striking Rushy, hairy ones blend in. But we get what you're saying.
And I agree, it is very good blaze orange.

Showed a friend who is colour blind this photo to see how he saw blaze orange
He said he couldn't tell what colour it was. He even said he thought my arms were green! Obviously colour blindness differs but for this guy the orange blaze would be useless. He also reckoned my blue thermals were brighter than the top.

Yeah nah bro
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt.
I think you will find that someone with colour blindness hunts with a lot more caution than we do. There was an article in one of the hunting mags by a colour blind hunter. One of the big rule - always identify your target
Did he also take the photo Phil??? Makes me feel drunk.......still!
