Spot the goats

That looks like what we called butterfly reef down (not sure if that’s its real name) south of Ohau point but above cape terawhiti on Wellingtons West Coast. Current was quite strong but after a few days of southerly winds the visibility was excellent and boy did we get a lot of crays in there on scuba drifting along in the current.

That was Makara - coast looks very similar all the way down there past Boom Rock

Wrong bad tastes was filmed roughly below the highest house in puk bay spent 5o yrs on coast between puk bay and redrocks , no wonder knees are teds brother . Knew robin griggs rip who played the mad butcher cleaver man in the movie at gear homestead when the aliens departed .

Ah sorry, right you are - I thought some of it was shot on the big loop walkway south of Mak Beach
