    yep
    british nettles are the lite version.they're even made into tea...

    Would have been good to know last roar, everyone in my group got to feel its sting. One guy slipped on a bank and went for a slide under a patch his bald head got stung bad.
    I read somewhere that you can also make tea or an infusion out of the nz nettle too.
