    Unless you come down to -273 degrees, molecule 's electrons are still moving even in a frozen state, so the longer you leave your meat is in the freezer, the more it tenderise( in absolute theory).

    Dude I'm not a scientist. Helicopters blow my mind. How can it fly without going forward? I just made that number of months up. It could be one month. I don't even write dates on my packages so I don't know. I am not analytical when it comes to meat.
