    Diary filling up...

    Sunday Rankle burn

    Next weekend Back Stream

    5th and 6th Leithen Block 2

    28-30 April Smithys Spur

    A week down south chasing a cham and hopefully a fallow 1st week may.

    Good work out for the hound, cept Leithen with no dogs.

    SWEET...just as well Im single!

    Did bloody well with drawing balloted blocks this year, hope you guys had a bit of luck too.

    LOL...nice to be called a young prick...turn 46 this year, starting to feel it too.

    VC, fallow hunting here is pretty sought after, quite a bit of private land to hunt but access can be hard or expensive. Hope you getting into the hills chasing a big one!

    ● Chasing an early Roaring red national park next weekend
    ● Mamaku over nighter the following weekend
    ● Home for the weekend of 29th to mow the lawns
    ● Spot X 1st week of April for 5 days
    ● Balance of April weekends are day hunts ----

    Thats a good effort Roy. With uni back on and work on sundays I want to do a few saturday day hunts till my big roar trip. Hoping for a week (more if uni doesnt lay the assignments on too thick) in the latter half of April chasing sika!

    Good shit mate. I was booking my calander today aswell. Not quite as full as yours as im due for an operation this month.
    3-5th April Kiwi Burn.
    11-13th " Glenary Station Block.
    18-19th Hauroko... All Chasing Reds
    16-20th May. Lower Caples. Chasing Fallow

    My mate just downsized our roar trip to 3 days , gutted not long enough . If any one need late replacement on a shared trip a fly in or something ( not pissups ) I'm keen as .

    Wildman, as long as the Spiker goes 200 DS Ill be happy.

    Covered a bit of ground yesterday in Rankleburn, no pads getting worked over yet, still a little early I guess.

    Bumped into a few between the 2 of us(this means my mate did all the shooting) and 1 hit the deck, 1 got away winged , after a 2 hour search with the dog, she bailed it twice, but deer moving too quick for us to catch up...bugger
