    Few days chasing Sika

Just came out of the bush after a few days chasing the sika around.

Took my 1 yr old GSP Quinn with me to get him in amongst the action. He's got a few deer under his belt now so knows what the are all about. He done bloody well indicating a number of deer, of which we shot 2. We ended up seeing 8 and spooking a few more so pretty good.
I was testing out my new Garmin Virb and got a little bit of it on cam. A mate also manged to get 1 deer on cam being shot after he spotted it bedded down around 120m away on a bush face. Got set up and I shot it while he was recording, not sure what he is doing with the footage but you may see it at some stage.
So all in all it was a good coupe of days!
Couple of pics and some footage below:

Super cool, love the dog. I couldn't even see the deer when it was alive on video!!
She loves the free fresh wind in her hair; Life without care. She's broke but it's oke; that's why the lady is a tramp.

Nice man, hopefully going to squeeze a few days in next couple of weeks.

Silly thing is as we've only got the one car, I will be down in taupo for the weekend for a wedding, before driving back up dropping the missus of and heading back down for a week in the bush
