congrats mate - ya wont forget that one - yup Rumpy right -try sambar stag ya wont want to again- like sawdust mixed with mashed old potato sack - that tastes like venison - you lucky with a young one - now try fallow spiker aged for a few days - dip in flour then egg then breadcrumbs and real fast hot plate -pretty hard to beat

Yep we were using a spotlight and thermal. Not the highest quality thermal so was a bit hard to distinguish between cows and deer, but worked out in the end. And yeah have been told by a lot of people it's a strange deer for my first haha, I guess it is, but I'm happy with it!

Brindog,you should be able to buy the best thermal monucalars n scope with the thousands you make out of all the deer you sell or maybe not.
