    First deer hunt around Clutha?

New hunter in Clutha keen to meet some locals and bag a deer. Mature 40+, level-headed bloke, target shooter from way back, non-drinker. I can provide yarns, random (sometimes useful) knowledge and happy to pay for fuel.

I'll put you in touch with a mate via a pm.

I'll have a yarn to him first.

Hi mate, the South Otago branch of deerstalkers meet this coming Wednesday 8pm at the club rooms. Its our annual AHT prize giving so should be an interesting one to come have a look and see if its up your alley.

Went last night, good turnout and some nice trophies.
The venison wrapped in bacon nibbles were tasty!
