    Story time?

That explains how I got my finger when I was taking off one of the legs. Must have been set to slash instead of cut! Thankfully just a scratch...

On that occassion the stabbing was set to auto and the bloody knife ambushed my thigh and sunk itself in up to the hilt.

It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

Must have been one of those evil black knives. Did you need a special endorsement for the extended arm Rushy? Any special storage requirements?

The folding ones have the most chances of getting banned as you can conceal them so much more easily than the fixed blade ones ;-)

Good effort Jack, many years ago when culling up Coromandel I stabbed a goat that walked past the tree I was hiding beside. My dog had another bailed way below and this one was making it's escape. The knife went in up to the hilt behind the shoulder but old goaty took off taking my knife with him. Luck was on my side and the goat was pretty crook and sat down on a slip and died so my knife was not lost forever.... still got the old Kohnor I bought from Sportways in Auckland for $5 in the early 70's

Hah, nice. I didn't think about that. I had the knife out when I went after it but put it away after remembering what my mum told me about running with scissors...
